Answer: Once you complete your booking, you will be issued a voucher with full instructions on how to meet your driver and where he/she will be waiting for you.

Question: What is the difference betweens Shared Shuttle and Private service ?

Answer:  

SHARED SHUTTLE offers a transfer with one or more stops en route to your chosen arrival point, and may consist of your party plus other passengers in the same van, pick up time can be changed to shared the van .runing from 08h00 until 20h00 .

PRIVATE SERVICE by selecting this type of transportation you will be contracting a transfer between the airport and your chosen accommondation for your party only runing 24/7 days.

question: Does alwayshuttle take us directly to our accmmodation?

Answer: Yes, we transport you directly to and from your hotel or private address.

our transfer is door to door service .

Question: How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs at the airport?

Answer: the driver will wait up to one hour  after your flight has landed befor making enquirieswith the airline, customs or immigration, after this procedure and if there is no sign of the passengers. if you are delayed in customs , immigration , baggage collection or lost luggage please call our office or our cell phone to ensure that your driver will wait .

Question: What happens if i cannot find my driver at the airport?

Answer: In this case , please call the emergency telephone you will receive with your booking confirmation, and you will be directed to your driver. +33 1 77 50 68 89

Question: What if my flight is delayed ?

Answer: We will wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time of your flight. after this time we try our best to provide your transfer ,you need to call us .
